It had TV set, a microwave, and a refrigerator to use. Made own meals in a handy kitchenette. The setting was fantastic and excellent, in the heart of the town.

The apartment at Apartamento Alaia in Bilbao was amazing! The room had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower, which made me feel right at home. I loved having an electric kettle, kitchenette, and dishwasher in the apartment, it made cooking and cleaning so convenient. The balcony was a nice touch, where I could soak up the beautiful views. All the rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. Plus, having an ironing board in the room was a great added bonus.

I personally found the soundproofing to be a bit too effective, as I couldn't hear any noise from outside. But I understand that some people might enjoy the complete tranquility it provides.

The location of the apartment was excellent, right next to the old square in the center of the old city. This made it convenient to walk to supermarkets and all the major sites. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a home. It had all the necessary amenities, including an iron, coffee maker, hair dryer, and even a first aid kit. The host was also very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some noise disruptions during our stay, such as the early morning bottle collection outside the apartment and ongoing building works in another part of the building. These issues were out of the control of the apartment owner and slightly affected our overall experience.

stayed here with my kid and overall really enjoyed this apartment. the host made my stay excellant. the kitchen had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher etc to cook a meal. location was great - easy access to casco viejo. moreover, there where a supermarket and shops a few steps away.

Our stay at Apartamento Alaia was wonderful! We stayed for a week and found the apartment to be beautiful, cozy, and well decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location in the heart of Casco Viejo was perfect, with historical sites, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. Public transportation was also easily accessible. Our host Patricia was amazing and went above and beyond by providing a baby bath and high chair for our toddler without us even asking. We highly recommend it for a stay in Bilbao and will definitely be back.

The stylish and fully equipped apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer in the shared space.
